About the Role

As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in bringing our brand campaigns to life. Working closely with our Marketing, Creative, and Retail teams, you’ll help execute marketing initiatives across digital, retail, and events — ensuring our message reaches the right audience at the right time.

This is a hands-on and dynamic role where every day is different. One moment you’ll be coordinating a campaign launch, the next you’ll be on set at a shoot or analysing performance metrics. You’ll thrive on creativity, organisation, and collaboration — and you’ll love being part of a brand that champions craftsmanship, sustainability, and Australian style.

Skills and Experiences:
Key Responsibilities

Support the planning, coordination, and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns.

Manage the production timeline for campaign assets, from creative briefing through to delivery.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (PR, design, social, digital, and retail).

Assist in managing the marketing calendar, ensuring seamless execution across channels.

Support event activations, influencer collaborations, and sponsorship initiatives.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, using insights to inform future strategies.

Manage product sample requests, campaign inventory, and shoot logistics.

Assist with copywriting for marketing materials, social captions, EDMs, and website content.

What You’ll Bring

1–2 years’ experience in marketing, brand coordination, or a similar role (fashion or retail experience highly regarded).

A passion for storytelling, branding, and design with a strong eye for detail.

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills.

A proactive attitude — you’re the type who sees what needs to be done and just gets it done.

A love for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.

Competency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
