Éramai Crown is a premium skincare and LED wellness brand located within Crown Melbourne, offering advanced beauty treatments and luxury skincare experiences. As we continue to expand our footprint and prepare for our new spa launch at Crown Metropol, we are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Coordinator to support all aspects of our marketing and media activity.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role within a creative and fast-paced luxury environment — ideal for someone who lives and breathes digital marketing, content creation, and brand storytelling.

About the Role

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with the day-to-day execution of all Éramai Crown marketing and media activities. You’ll work closely with our in-house and external teams to deliver high-quality content, manage social media channels, support campaign rollouts, and coordinate creative production across digital platforms.

You’ll be at the centre of everything — from concept to creation — helping the brand stay visible, consistent, and elevated across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of marketing and media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with content creation, including coordination of photo and video shoots, editing short-form content, and preparing assets for social and paid use.
• Manage day-to-day social media posting and scheduling across platforms, ensuring brand tone and quality.
• Help build and grow Éramai’s LinkedIn and digital presence, including drafting and posting professional updates and articles.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (creative agencies, designers, photographers, videographers) to support campaign timelines and deliverables.
• Assist in monitoring and reporting on campaign performance and analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Maintain marketing calendars, media asset libraries, and internal documentation.
• Support on-site promotional activations, events, and seasonal campaigns within the Crown precinct.

About You

• 1–3 years’ experience in a marketing, content, or digital coordination role (agency or in-house).
• Practical understanding of paid media (Meta, TikTok, Google) and confidence navigating analytics and insights.
• Strong content creation skills — experience editing short-form videos and designing posts using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to liaise professionally with multiple stakeholders.
• Positive, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously within a luxury brand environment.
• Interest in skincare, beauty, or wellness is highly regarded.
