The International Card Services (ICS) organisation was recently created to unlock more opportunities to achieve higher growth, increase our speed and agility, and put more decision-making capability in the hands of our local teams. It focuses on Consumer and Commercial segments of card products. It is an exciting time in ICS Marketing as we are focused on acquiring new customers to capture the growth opportunity available.

This role will sit in the ICS Acquisition Marketing – Leads, Member Get Member (MGM) and Distribution Team. We are responsible for acquiring customers Digitally and driving Demand Generation, by consistently delivering quality warm leads, improving conversion and pipeline velocity.

This position will be supporting the Assistant Marketing Manager, MGM to help support the strategy and implementation of MGM initiatives and capabilities which enable us to drive new accounts and billings growth for ICS ANZ.

Key features of the role include:

  • Manage the MGM Sales experience through the Field Resource Centre platform to update campaign offers and project launches to effectively roll out changes to the Australia and Manila based teams
  • Manage the Email Library content, approvals and publishing process
  • Support the team for each campaign offer and non-offer update for the digital MGM journey
  • Mastery of internal platforms and processes to manage the MGM escalations process
  • Manage the MGM quarterly checks of live content including validation of front and back end content and administering the implementation of changes where applicable
  • Support the team to deliver Digital MGM projects, campaigns and activities that help drive awareness and conversion in the Digital End-to-End channel on time and within budget

Minimum Qualifications

The role is varied, and the ideal candidate should possess:

  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to drive results and ensure those outcomes help inform future initiatives
  • A collaborative style of doing business - ability to gain support, resolve conflict and work in a matrix organisation. In particular drive tight engagement across Field & Marketing
  • B2B marketing experience incorporating all mediums including digital is highly regarded
  • High personal accountability which leads to strong experience in driving results in a deadline driven environment
  • Personal drive to work through challenges with a problem solving mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal skills

You must be able to work independently and be able to focus and prioritize in times of fast changing priorities. Whilst striving for work life balance, this role will demand some flexibility due to the global nature of the wider marketing team.
