Job Overview
We are a company renting small private offices starting from $350/month in the Tampa Bay area.
We are looking for help posting ads on **Facebook Marketplace** and communicating with potential clients. This is a **part-time, flexible opportunity** with performance-based income.

** Compensation:**
- $5 for each posted ad (paid daily)
- 3–5 posts per day
- $200 for each client who signs a lease
*Note: If a post is removed, it will be adjusted in the next payment.*
**What to Expect:**
- On average, you can schedule around **5 tours per week**
- Typically, **1 out of 3 clients** who tour signs a lease
Responsibilities
- Post ads on Facebook Marketplace using your own account
- Respond to incoming messages
- Guide clients using provided scripts
- Schedule tours at our Tampa Bay locations
Our team handles the tours — your job is to bring qualified clients.
Qualifications
- Must be located in Tampa Bay Area (Florida)
- Facebook account must be active, established, and in good standing
- Must have Marketplace access
- No new accounts
- Strong, polite communication skills
- Willing to learn scripts
- Must pass a short onboarding test
