Introduction:
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Marketing Coordinator to support the company’s marketing, communications and pre-construction functions across a range of projects and business initiatives.

Description:
You will work collaboratively alongside the Marketing Manager, supporting the implementation and coordination of existing marketing strategies, systems, branding and workflows already established within the business.

This is initially a 6-month part time contract role, with the potential for extension based on business needs and performance.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone looking to grow their career within the construction and property industry while gaining hands-on exposure across marketing, tenders, branding, communications and business operations.

Working closely with internal teams, consultants and leadership, you will assist in maintaining brand consistency, supporting tender submissions, coordinating marketing activity and helping drive business development initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Communications

Coordinate social media content and scheduling
Assist with project announcements, milestone updates and company communications
Coordinate photography, videography and marketing assets
Assist with website updates
Prepare presentations, newsletters and marketing collateral

Tender & Submission Support

Assist in preparing tender submissions and capability statements
Coordinate project references, team CVs and supporting documentation
Maintain formatting consistency across submission documents
Support pre-construction and bid coordination activities

CRM, Campaigns & Administration

Maintain and update HubSpot databases
Assist with contact management, reporting and CRM workflows
Support audience segmentation and database organisation for targeted marketing campaigns
Assist in coordinating internal and external newsletters and email campaigns
Support the business development team with marketing collateral, presentations and communication material
Coordinate marketing templates, branded documents and company assets
Assist in maintaining consistency across marketing systems, workflows and communication processes

Brand & Design Coordination

Assist with Canva and Adobe Suite presentations and branded documentation
Maintain consistency with Valeo branding guidelines
Support ongoing improvement of company marketing systems and templates

Skills and Experiences:
Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is:
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • A confident communicator with strong written skills
  • Proactive and willing to learn
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working across both creative and administrative tasks

Preferred experience includes:
Previous experience in marketing, communications, administration or coordination roles
Experience using Microsoft Office / Office 365 including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneDrive
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat and social media platforms
Confidence formatting documents, presentations and tender submissions
Experience with HubSpot and Procore systems highly regarded
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Construction, property, architecture or related industry exposure highly regarded but not essential
