As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing efforts, helping shape the strategies that drive awareness and growth for both companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Marketing Strategies: Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns for both Superior Events Group and LUXE Modern Retail Inc. You’ll collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive strategies across both brands.
  • Content Creation & Management: Create compelling content for websites, social media, email marketing, and other digital platforms to engage and inform our audiences. Your creativity will help tell our story in a way that connects with customers.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). You’ll develop engaging posts, track performance, and stay on top of trends to ensure our content resonates with our followers.
  • Event Promotion: Coordinate and execute marketing efforts for events, ensuring maximum attendance and engagement. Help promote Superior Events Group’s event offerings and LUXE Modern Retail’s exclusive product launches and promotions.
  • Analyze and Report: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of campaigns and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations to improve results.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, design, and operations, to ensure marketing materials align with overall brand messaging and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, with a background in content creation, social media, or event promotion.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create compelling content that captures attention and drives action.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter) and marketing tools (Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, etc.).
  • Creative thinking with an eye for design and an understanding of modern digital trends.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • A team player with a positive, proactive attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Marketing: 2 years (required)
