Position Overview

Based in Homebush, Civilmart is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join the team on a 6-month contract, with potential to become permanent.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, this role supports the delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and corporate events that drive brand visibility and stakeholder engagement. You’ll play a hands-on role coordinating trade shows, campaigns, and marketing collateral while ensuring consistency across all channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated marketing professional who enjoys a mix of event coordination, campaign execution, and creative support.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end delivery of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, webinars, and corporate events
Develop and manage event timelines, schedules, and logistics
Liaise with venues, suppliers, contractors, and external partners
Coordinate event branding, collateral, registrations, and attendee engagement activities
Manage attendee communications including invitations, reminders, and follow-ups
Support the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
Coordinate production and distribution of promotional materials and merchandise
Assist with campaign scheduling, stakeholder coordination, and internal communications
Support social media and promotional activities aligned to campaigns and events
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across events and marketing materials
Assist in the coordination and development of marketing collateral and branded materials
Track event performance metrics and prepare post-event reports and insights
Maintain marketing databases, event calendars, and general team administration.

Skills and Experiences:
About You

Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience coordinating events such as trade shows, conferences, or exhibitions
Experience supporting marketing campaigns in a B2B or corporate environment
Strong project coordination and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and strong execution focus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Working knowledge of social media and digital marketing platforms
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
