Role Overview

We’re seeking an EMEA Marketing Coordinator, to support our regional go-to-market efforts. This person will own regional marketing execution, partner support communications, and contribute to dmarcian’s inbound marketing efforts with EMEA relevance.

The role combines campaign execution, collateral creation, partner support coordination, and light project admin, ideal for a self-starter with broad skills who thrives in a flexible, mission-led environment.

Understanding of local buying behaviors, compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, NIS2), business culture, and communication norms is critical to effectively engage with our target market. You’ll also be working closely with EMEA based MSPs, partners, and public-sector stakeholders, where timezone alignment and cultural familiarity are key to building trust and delivering results.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with global and EMEA teams to localise content and campaigns that resonate with regional audiences
  • Plan and manage regular social media activity tailored to EMEA specific themes and engagement styles.
  • Partner with the sales team on regional competitive insights and ensure alignment on messaging.
  • Coordinate and write regional and sector specific blog content and help craft engaging campaign copy.
  • Monitor digital marketing performance (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn) and generate regional insights.
  • Support WordPress website content updates for EMEA specific landing pages and resources
  • Be proactive in translating common customer issues and partner feedback into actionable regional marketing insights for future campaigns, content and product enhancements.
  • Assist with regional event coordination, including virtual webinars and occasional in-person events.
  • Provide regional insight into EMEA data protection messaging and policy awareness efforts.
  • Help execute targeted campaigns across high priority sectors and countries across EMEA
  • Provide the Marketing Circle assistance with EMEA-related projects, such as content creation (coordinating, proofreading, drafting) and assisting the Digital Marketing Specialist with EMEA analytics research.
  • Secondary responsibilities (not to interfere with the primary focus on the EMEA) include marketing support for global efforts that benefit the greater organization.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing, ideally with SaaS and cybersecurity background.
  • A strong grasp of the EMEA cybersecurity landscape
  • Experience executing resource-conscious, high impact marketing initiatives.
  • Versatile experience across campaign management, social media, basic design tools, and partner coordination.
  • Working knowledge of marketing and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, Buffer, Google Analytics, WordPress).
  • Ability to write and adapt content with tone sensitivity for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Bonus: familiarity with DMARC, SPF/DKIM, or an interest in cybersecurity.
  • Bonus : Fluency in French or German in addition to English

Why This Role
  • Help grow dmarcian’s presence in EMEA during a pivotal time in email and cybersecurity regulation.
  • Collaborate with a regional and globally distributed team that values curiosity, integrity, and initiative.
  • Gain exposure to cross-functional teams, campaign strategy, partner programs, and technical subject matter.
