Marketing Coordinator - Temporary

Position Overview

As a Marketing Coordinator for the Car Dealer Channel and Alliance Program, you will play a key role in driving business development initiatives and executing strategic marketing campaigns within the automotive dealer network.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Development & Execution

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, merchandising, graphic design, etc.) to design and execute B2B/B2C marketing programs tailored to the car dealer channel.
  • Develop targeted marketing campaigns and promotions to increase dealer engagement, enhance brand visibility, and drive product sales.

Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and provide actionable insights to optimize future efforts.
  • Enhance the dealer portal and digital assets with content that drives user engagement and strengthens our online presence.

Dealer Events & Sponsorships

  • Plan and execute dealership-focused events, training sessions, and sponsorship opportunities to drive engagement and foster long-term relationships within the dealer network.

Strategic Planning & Administrative Support

  • Contribute to the development of strategic marketing plans that align with overall business goals for the dealer network.
  • Assist in managing marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across various initiatives.
  • Prepare marketing reports, presentations, and other materials for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Tech-Savvy & Digital Expertise: You are comfortable using digital marketing platforms and analytics tools, including Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: You have a knack for crafting compelling marketing messages, both written and oral, and are comfortable interacting with diverse audiences, from internal stakeholders to car dealers and external partners.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5-8 years of proven experience in marketing roles.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a talent for crafting engaging messages. Proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency, particularly in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, advanced formulas).
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient with analytics and reporting tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, and Power BI.
  • Event Coordination: Experience in planning and managing events.
  • Email Marketing & Automation: Experience with email marketing platforms (experience with Listrak is a plus).
  • Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (Asana is a plus).
  • Design & Graphics: Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Web & Digital Skills: Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML is a plus.
  • B2B Marketing: Previous experience in B2B environments is a plus.
  • Digital Advertising: Hands-on experience with Google Ads is a plus.
