About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Marketing & Creative Executive to join our team in Kochi. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys designing posters, marketing collaterals, and social media creatives while supporting the execution of marketing activities across different business units.

The ideal candidate should have strong Canva design skills, a good eye for visual communication, and an interest in leveraging AI tools to improve content creation and marketing efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design & Content Creation

• Design posters, social media creatives, banners, brochures, presentations, and other marketing collaterals.
• Create visually appealing content that aligns with company branding and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency in design, messaging, and brand identity across all platforms.
• Develop marketing materials for campaigns, promotions, events, and business initiatives.

Social Media Management

• Upload and manage content across social media platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts as per the marketing calendar.
• Monitor social media interactions and engagement.
• Support initiatives to improve online visibility and audience engagement.

Marketing Execution

• Support business-unit-wise marketing strategy implementation and execution.
• Coordinate marketing activities and campaigns across different service lines.
• Track marketing requirements and ensure timely completion of deliverables.

Vendor & Freelancer Coordination

• Coordinate with external video editors, content writers, designers, and other freelancers.
• Follow up on deliverables and ensure quality and timeline adherence.
• Work with internal teams to gather content and campaign requirements.

AI Tool Utilization

• Utilize AI-powered tools for content ideation, creative generation, copy assistance, research, and marketing productivity.
• Explore new AI tools that can enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong Canva design skills with a good understanding of layouts, typography, and visual design. (comfortable tool can use)
• Ability to create professional posters and marketing collaterals independently.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content publishing.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, graphic design, or social media management.
• Exposure to B2B marketing or IT services marketing will be an added advantage.
• Experience coordinating with freelancers, agencies, or creative vendors.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
