Position & Company Overview:

Resupply is looking for a dynamic, well-rounded marketing leader to join us on our journey to reinvent and forever change the supply-chain of charitable contributions within the U.S. We are seeking someone who will be passionate about our mission and partnerships as we turn household goods into emergency relief for those in need. If you're driven by social good and a desire to make a positive impact, we want to talk with you!

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and leading the execution of marketing campaigns to generate brand awareness and foster engagement through various channels. This will be a hands-on leadership role as we transition from working fully with an agency to bring some marketing functions in-house, and you will have the opportunity to help build your team of content and digital ads experts. We are looking for a talented DTC marketer who can create compelling campaigns that will engage potential donors and highlight the missions we are supporting. The ideal candidate will be both analytical and creative.

Our small, tight-knit team is seeking a candidate who will work closely with us at our Downtown Boston headquarters. We work best when we can all innovate together in an open, collaborative environment. Our culture is built on the foundation of thinking disruptively, obsessing over adding value, and reaching out to support one another as we strive to Make Giving Simple and have fun doing it!

A successful Marketing Director will be responsible for:

  • Helping to merge marketing operations between an external agency and an in-house function, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns across digital channels, social media, content marketing, events, and more
  • Refining and strengthening ReSupply's brand identity and positioning in the market
  • Developing and leading a multidisciplinary team to achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable results
  • Overseeing the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Tracking and analyzing the success of campaigns to report KPIs to the leadership team; making adjustments as needed for improved performance
  • Managing the marketing budget and resources, ensuring efficient and effective allocation of marketing spend
  • Working closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure marketing efforts support company-wide initiatives and drive customer growth (including development of physical marketing and collateral materials for conferences)

Position Requirements:

  • BS in Marketing, Communications, Creative Writing, Visual Design, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role (ideally within a small team or startup environment)
  • Demonstrated success leading marketing projects from strategy to execution with measurable results
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid search, content marketing, email campaigns, and social media
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing, including reporting, analysis, and optimization
  • Experience managing budgets and forecasting results
  • Experience managing a team – assigning tasks, appraising results, and providing feedback and mentorship
  • Must be Boston-based, as this is primarily an on-site position with some limited flexibility to work remotely

As such, it is our policy to fill positions with qualified candidates regardless of the candidate's race, color, sex, age, religion, ancestry, national origin, citizenship status, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information, disability, pregnancy, military status, veteran status or any other protected group status.
