We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Execution Specialist / Marketing Manager to lead the execution of our go-to-market (GTM) strategy and ongoing growth campaigns for our groundbreaking search engine.
In this role, you will initially focus on the successful launch of our search engine, ensuring it reaches the right audience with impactful campaigns and messaging. Following the launch, you will take ownership of executing continuous growth initiatives across multiple channels to build brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and sustain engagement over time.
This role requires a results-driven individual who excels at turning strategic plans into action and thrives in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Implementation
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns defined by the GTM strategist, ensuring alignment with business objectives and target audience needs.
- Content Creation
- Create engaging, user-focused content including blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
- Oversee basic graphic design and video production to support campaigns (with the option to manage external resources if needed).
- Digital Marketing
- Manage SEO initiatives to optimize search rankings and organic reach.
- Oversee PPC campaigns to ensure budget effectiveness and ROI.
- Implement social media marketing strategies and email marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Analytics and Optimization
- Track and analyze marketing KPIs, providing actionable insights to optimize performance.
- Deliver regular reports on campaign success, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
- Marketing Tools and Technology
- Leverage marketing tools and platforms to streamline execution (e.g., CRM, email marketing software, analytics tools).
- Collaboration and Alignment
- Work with the product manager to ensure campaigns address user needs and align with product goals.
- Coordinate with the GTM strategist to ensure execution aligns with the broader strategy and business objectives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing execution, preferably within the online technology services or search engine.
- Hands-on expertise with digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
- Exceptional content creation skills, with the ability to produce compelling written and visual materials.
- Proficiency with marketing tools
- Strong analytical skills to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, global team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $1.00 – $100,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
