Marketing Executive
Responsibilities:
- Oversee promotional campaigns, ensuring KPIs are met within budget to maximize profits.
- Analyze digital marketing performance and optimize conversions for lead generation or sales.
- Track and report on campaign/event conversions, using internal data to enhance lead acquisition.
- Stay updated on social media trends and collaborate with creative/content teams on effective assets.
- Work with the e-commerce team to create and manage a social calendar.
- Supervise junior staff handling inquiries on social platforms (e.g., FB, IG, Telegram, Email).
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships, negotiate campaign terms and seek sponsorships.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of retail and digital marketing.
- Proactive, responsible and a positive team player with a keen learning attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,600.00 - $3,000.00 per month
