ROLE SUMMARY

Position: Marketing Executive

Briefly describe the main purpose of the role

A new and exciting opportunity for a Marketing Executive Working in a fast paced, dynamic and ever-changing technology environment you will work closely with all departments within the Company to support vital activities within our business and become a key member of our team.

The role requires a good eye for detail, excellent administration skills and a passion to exceed expectations. Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be a great organiser.

Candidates should have an excellent working knowledge of MS Office and ideally have worked on CRM Systems i.e. Salesforce. It would be advantageous to have previously worked with Adobe Illustrator but not essential.

A passion for continuous learning to support the business goals is also necessary.

Marketing Support:

• Working with management to coordinate company events; this can include locating venues, managing preparation, ensuring adequate stock of gift items and literature and ensuring the day is a success
• Meeting with the head of the department to assess, analyse, and develop action plans for sales and marketing
• Liaising with PR agency, sales team and customers for the creation of case studies, press releases and references
• Work alongside management to maintain and update the content of the company website and social media channels
• Assisting the setup and ongoing activities for our Company Marketing Campaigns
• Maintaining relationships with vendors and distribution to recover marketing funds for activities
• Arranging vendor lunch and learns with the Sales and / or Technical Teams
• Ad-hoc administrative support to include data entry, presentations development, reporting and data cleansing activities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to £30,000.00 per year
