Job Summary:
Responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and promoting the company’s automotive products and services. The role involves market research, lead generation, customer relationship management, and executing marketing campaigns to strengthen brand presence and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territory or product line.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, test drives, and product presentations.
- Negotiate pricing and finalize deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and market activities in CRM systems.
Marketing Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital & offline) to promote vehicles, accessories, and services.
- Coordinate events such as car launches, roadshows, and promotional displays.
- Develop marketing materials in coordination with advertising agencies and digital teams.
- Conduct competitor analysis, market research, and customer feedback surveys.
- Support digital marketing efforts — social media, SEO, SEM, email campaigns, etc.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Handle after-sales follow-ups, customer feedback, and issue resolution.
- Work closely with service and finance teams to provide seamless customer experience.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of automobile products, features, and specifications.
- Understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years (for Executive) of experience in automobile sales or marketing.
- Experience in passenger cars, commercial vehicles, or two-wheeler segments preferred.
- Valid driving license required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
