Alongside our residential and commercial storage solutions, we host thriving business centres in each of our branches, providing serviced office spaces to over 140 diverse businesses.

We are now seeking a Marketing Executive to join our close-knit marketing team of three, reporting directly to the Head of Marketing. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact, drive creative campaigns, and shape the future of a fast-growing business.In this role, you’ll take on a wide range of responsibilities, including managing print and digital content, social media, PR, research, website updates, and collaborating with multiple agency partners. Working in a hybrid environment, you’ll be based at our head office on Kylemore Road, alongside team members from sales, operations, and IT. Key Accountabilities and Tasks
  • Co-ordinate integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation• Be the “Brand Guardian” for the company brand• Manage research including competitor and end-to-end customer experience reviews• Prepare and maintain all promotional materials• Work with agency designers ensuring materials have visual impact and are on-brand• Review and enhance website content in line with brand guideline tone of voice• Cultivate positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders• Maintain comprehensive records and analysis on all marketing activity• Track and report on marketing spend ensuring it remains within budget• Organise and attend events/exhibitions• Work with branches to create innovative social media content• Grow owned social platforms by maintaining an ambitious content publication calendar
Requirements• 1-2 years experience in Marketing ideally in the retail or services sector• Experience in B2B and B2C Marketing (ideally both not essential)• Minimum third level degree in Marketing or a similar related business discipline• Hands on experience creating content for print and social media• Familiarity using Canva or other editing software
Competencies and skills• Brand and customer focussed• Ability to work on own initiative• Good communication skills• Ability to work well across different functional teams• Very organised with excellent time management skills• Pro-active, self-driven, energetic and flexible
