About The Role

We’re on the lookout for a curious and creative Marketing Innovation Lead to help shape the future of food at Sunny Queen. Based at our Carole Park office, this exciting role will lead the charge in identifying emerging consumer needs and turning them into innovative, market-ready products. You’ll blend insights, trends, and culinary creativity to deliver standout solutions that align with our strategic goals and sustainability values.

Key Responsibilities will include:
Identify and analyse food trends, consumer behaviours, and market gaps to inform innovation strategy.
Develop and execute a product innovation roadmap aligned with business goals and sustainability commitments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, Manufacturing, Marketing) to bring new products to life.
Lead and manage multiple innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder engagement.
Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to support innovation and product development.

Skills and Experiences:
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.
• 5+ years’ experience in food product development or innovation.
• Proven track record of launching successful food products.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.
• Passion for food trends, sustainability, and consumer-driven innovation.

You will also be:
A creative thinker with a strong commercial mindset.
Proactive and hands-on with the ability to think outside the box.
Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
