Job Description:
What you’ll do
- Lead EXFO HS marketing strategy, narrative, priorities and collateral around customer value
- Build a predictable inbound demand engine
- Lead high‑impact campaigns and content that enable wins in priority markets
- Own global market presence and event strategy – 10-20 events globally per year
- Scale marketing consistently across platforms, channels, and key strategic markets
- Own development of marketing tools, platforms, and processes needed to scale
- Lead small team, and closely collaborate with other stakeholders (sales, PLM, mgmt.)

Experience: Senior Marketing Management experience
Languages: Fluent in English, Finnish and other additional languages are a plus
