What You’ll Be Doing:
We’re looking for a strategic thinker who knows how to connect with people and guide our brand’s direction. In this role, you will:
- Form a marketing strategy in close collaboration with our sales team and translate it into clear, actionable steps to drive the incremental growth of Grendel Medical products.
- Identify market and business opportunities, help determine product-market fit and position our brand effectively within the industries.
- Identify risks, prepare and deliver growth and mitigation plans.
- Use data, insights analysis and sales analysis to guide decisions and continuously improve our marketing efforts.
- Understand what appeals to our audience and shape the way we communicate during all stages of the product life cycle.
- Plan and execute marketing initiatives that support product launches, build brand awareness and drive customer engagement—spanning advertising, content creation, media planning, channel marketing, and PR.
- Shape go-to-market plans, pricing approaches, and promotional tactics to boost product visibility and profitability.
- Lead the commercial rollout of new products and find fresh ways to grow existing ones—using creative marketing strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Own the digital marketing strategy across channels (SEO, paid media, social, email, etc.) and ensure conversion-optimized content across all digital touchpoints.
- Work closely with development and operations to shape products that balance features, pricing, and customer expectations—ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience
Who We’re Looking For:
- At least 5 years of management experience in both B2B and B2C marketing—ideally within the medical or health tech industry
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and CRM systems.
- A confident leader and coach who can guide others, structure processes, and bring out the best in a team.
- Comfortable shifting between big-picture strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- Excellent communication skills—you know how to translate ideas into compelling messages and marketing into impactful results.
- Creative, resourceful, and curious—always looking for smarter ways to connect with the audience and improve how we work.
- Content-first mindset – You’re a natural storyteller who loves crafting engaging content and has a strong sense of brand voice
- Experience planning and managing events.
- Nice-to-Haves:
- Experience in the gaming industry or a related creative/tech field.
- Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment.
