Bailey Nelson is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Sydney Support Office!

About the role


Leading the Marketing team, this role is all about delivering marketing that not only looks great but performs. You’ll help shape how our brand is seen and felt across both our stores, creative and website, building awareness, driving traffic and supporting conversion. From creative campaign ideas to hands-on marketing execution, you’ll bring together strategy, data and bold thinking to help us grow.


Some of your Key Duties & Responsibilities


  • Brand execution: Deliver consistent brand execution across all channels by leading creative briefs, overseeing photoshoots, and maintaining a strong tone of voice.
  • Store POS: Develop and roll out POS materials aligned with seasonal campaigns, supporting visual merchandising and in-store experience.
  • Brand awareness: Create clever marketing ideas that build brand visibility through partnerships, content and campaign activations.
  • Traffic Generation: Drive traffic to both physical stores and the website through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Retail Support: Partner with stores to improve conversion, tailoring marketing support to local needs and performance metrics.

Who you are


  • You are smart, creative, and full of ideas to grow the brand, build awareness, and drive traffic.
  • You are a strategist - you will take our Marketing calendar and turn it into Ad campaigns whilst keeping experimentation and multivariate testing at the heart of your proposals.
  • You love being hands-on.
  • You are not afraid to experiment - you think outside of the box when it comes to growth strategies and new acquisition channels. You like the idea of utilising small test budgets to efficiently and quickly discover insights.
  • You are data-driven - with solid numerical examples for analysing user behaviour and pivoting your campaigns.
  • You understand budgets and know how to balance customer growth with cost and retention rates in order to maximize return on investment and value for spend.
  • You are a thought leader who enjoys sharing your knowledge and keeping across the latest trends and insights into the digital landscape.
  • You are a team player - you will be in a tight-knit environment with the Digital, Marketing and Graphic Design team.

Your skills and experience


  • You will have the experience, confidence and willingness to execute campaigns on your own.
  • Experience using marketing automation tools and email marketing software.
  • Strong analytical and project management abilities are core to this role.
  • Understanding of planning, testing and measurement
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Organisation, accuracy and attention to detail.
