Company Description

Our Mission

At Palo Alto Networks® everything starts and ends with our mission:

Being the cybersecurity partner of choice, protecting our digital way of life.
Our vision is a world where each day is safer and more secure than the one before. We are a company built on the foundation of challenging and disrupting the way things are done, and we’re looking for innovators who are as committed to shaping the future of cybersecurity as we are.

Who We Are

This role is remote, but distance is no barrier to impact. Our hybrid teams collaborate across geographies to solve big problems, stay close to our customers, and grow together. You will be part of a culture that values trust, accountability, and shared success where your work truly matters.

Job Description

Your Career

We’re looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing manager to design, build and execute our marketing plan for the Alps and CEE Region. Reporting into the Director, EMEA Central Marketing, you will partner with, and influence, the Regional Sales Directors to build data-driven plans supporting Platformization and regional sales strategies to drive exponential growth in this market segment. The successful candidate will have a proven record of strategic planning and influencing at senior leadership levels, field and channel marketing experience - and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Your Impact

  • Develop and execute integrated regional marketing plans for the Alps and CEE region, based on the marketing strategy and fully aligned with business objectives and Go-to-Market (GTM) priorities.

  • Drive omnichannel campaigns that create connected customer journeys — combining digital, social, and in-person experiences to generate new sales opportunities, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen customer relationships across key accounts and buying centers.

  • Plan and execute online and offline events, webinars, and thought leadership activities to engage strategic audiences, elevate brand visibility, and support business-critical deals.

  • Collaborate closely with Regional Sales Directors, EMEAL Marketing Leadership, and partners to ensure strong alignment, business impact, and seamless execution across direct and indirect routes to market.

  • Enable and support channel partners by co-developing joint marketing plans, managing co-marketing investments (MDF), and ensuring effective marketing attribution and ROI measurement through deal registration and pipeline tracking.

  • Leverage AI tools and insights to improve campaign performance, audience targeting, and content personalization, driving measurable pipeline contribution.

  • Analyze and report marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize investments and continuously improve results.

  • Act as an ambassador and evangelist for Palo Alto Networks’ marketing strategy — building trusted relationships with sales teams, partners, and thought-leadership communities to enhance regional impact.

Qualifications

Your Experience

  • 5+ of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in cybersecurity, technology, or another fast-paced environment, covering both field and channel marketing.

  • Proven ability to plan and execute integrated and omnichannel campaigns, combining digital, social, and in-person experiences that deliver measurable business outcomes.

  • Experience in partner and demand generation programs, including co-marketing planning, MDF management, and campaign ROI tracking.

  • Understanding of account-based marketing (ABM) and C-level engagement tactics.

  • Hands-on experience with AI-driven marketing tools and analytics to enhance campaign performance, targeting, and personalization.

  • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Collaborative mindset and ability to build trusted relationships across sales, channel, and marketing teams.

  • Data-driven approach with proficiency in CRM and marketing automation systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) and reporting dashboards.

  • Fluent in English and German; additional CEE languages are a plus.

  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with curiosity to learn, adapt, and innovate in a constantly evolving marketing environment.
