Are you a versatile, strategic marketer who thrives in a fast‑paced, global environment? Healix International is looking for a Marketing Manager for the APAC region to lead and execute regional marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and generate meaningful engagement across the region.
In this pivotal role, you’ll partner closely with Sales, product experts, and our global marketing team to develop and deliver a cohesive marketing plan spanning content, events, PR, digital activity, and sales enablement. You’ll ensure our global strategy resonates locally - while also identifying unique opportunities to support commercial growth across APAC.
What you’ll bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in regional marketing, demand generation, or campaign management—ideally in a B2B environment. APAC market experience is highly desirable.
- Expertise in integrated marketing, including campaign design, PR activation and performance analysis.
- Strong technical proficiency, especially with HubSpot, Salesforce, and working with digital and creative agencies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to adapt and localise messaging for diverse APAC audiences.
- Outstanding project management ability, able to oversee multiple workstreams with accuracy and pace.
- Experience delivering across PR, events, content and campaigns.
- No specific qualifications are required—we value experience, capability and mindset above all.
Who we are
At Healix International, our values guide everything we do:
- Put people first – We prioritise the care and wellbeing of colleagues and clients.
- Think independently – We use expertise and sound judgement to make clear, integrity‑driven decisions.
- Earn trust – We act with respect, transparency and reliability.
Every Healix role is grounded in our core competencies: Accountability, Collaboration, Communication, Problem Solving, and Resilience.
Why join Healix?
You’ll be part of a global team trusted by organisations worldwide to keep their people safe, connected and supported. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant regional impact while working collaboratively with an experienced global marketing community.
If you’re a proactive, adaptable marketer ready to take ownership of a dynamic APAC remit, we’d love to hear from you.
About The Role
What you’ll be doing
As our Marketing Manager for the APAC region, you’ll take ownership of marketing activity across APAC, including:
- Developing and executing the APAC regional marketing plan aligned with global brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Building regional brand awareness through targeted PR, media engagement and localised storytelling.
- Planning and delivering multi‑channel campaigns across digital, content, and events to support new business and retention goals.
- Managing a diverse events programme—from industry conferences and trade shows to webinars and roundtables.
- Owning the end‑to‑end delivery of both physical and virtual events, including content creation, logistics, promotion, and reporting.
- Creating and localising customer‑facing content and sales materials tailored to APAC audiences.
- Supporting Sales with tailored presentations, case studies, collateral, and thought leadership.
- Partnering with global marketing to activate central campaigns within the region and ensure brand consistency.
- Using insights from HubSpot and Salesforce to segment, target and personalise communications.
- Building strong relationships with agencies, media partners, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Monitoring campaign and event performance, providing insight and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Supporting internal communications to reinforce brand, strategy and commercial alignment.
Required Criteria
- Proven experience in regional marketing, demand generation, or campaign management within a B2B environment; APAC market experience preferred
