The role
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand and Acquisition Marketing, this role plays a key part in delivering brand and acquisition initiatives that support NGS Super’s growth strategy.
You’ll work across brand, advertising, digital and campaign activity, collaborating closely with internal teams and agency partners to deliver impactful, data-driven marketing initiatives that attract and convert new members and employers. You’ll also contribute to a performance based culture by tracking results, sharing insights and continuously improving campaign effectiveness.
This is a permanent, full‑time role based in Sydney.
What you’ll be doing
You’ll plan, deliver and optimise brand and acquisition initiatives, including:
Developing and executing brand and acquisition campaigns across paid, earned and owned channels
Supporting initiatives that build brand awareness, consideration and preference among target audiences
Planning and delivering acquisition campaigns that drive new member and employer growth
Creating engaging marketing content using a mix of original writing and AI-enabled tools
Working closely with Product, Growth, Digital, Data and external agencies to deliver integrated campaigns
Managing media activity and optimising performance to maximise return on investment
Tracking campaign performance against KPIs and using insights to inform future activity
Ensuring campaigns align with brand guidelines, governance and compliance requirements
About you
You bring strong brand and acquisition experience and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
You’ll likely bring:
Experience in superannuation, financial services, wealth management or a related sector
Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
5+ years’ experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand and/or acquisition
A proven track record delivering campaigns that drive awareness, engagement and growth
Strong writing skills, including confidence using AI generative tools (prompting, editing and judgement)
A data-driven mindset, with experience analysing campaign performance and optimising outcomes
Excellent stakeholder, project management and organisational skills
A proactive, solutions focused approach and a “progress over perfection” mindset
