Our ideal candidate is a creative individual with relevant experience who is also curious and accustomed to working in a collaborative environment. You will be responsible for working both strategically and operationally with five brands. You will support and drive the planning, execution, and follow-up of all marketing activities in the Finnish market. You will work hands-on with external leads and customers.. We see that you are a true team player with strong communication skills and a creative mindset.

We have a hybrid workplace policy, where a minimum of two days in our office in Helsinki is required.

What you’ll do:

  • Be hands-on and work with various communication channels
  • Increase high-quality leads and marketing-led pipeline contribution through ABM, emails, referrals, and content
  • Work effectively on an operational level
  • Create and follow marketing planning and budget
  • Plan and manage events, as well as analyse the results of them
  • Build relationships with key contacts within the industry, as well as the press
  • Work on local as well as global projects and campaigns
  • Produce content in various formats such as video, image, and text
  • Develop marketing initiatives and projects for your services in the Finnish market from start to finish
  • Contribute to the sales growth

Previous experience

  • At least 3 years of experience working in marketing and communication
  • Broad and practical experience in marketing work
  • Experience in creating marketing plans and budget follow-up
  • Experience working with digital marketing, including websites, social media, and other digital platforms and systems
  • Experience in creating and publishing high-quality content
  • Experience in event planning and management (both digital and in-person)
  • The ability to work independently as well as in a team
  • The ability and willingness to proactively seek out and test new marketing and communication opportunities
  • Strong knowledge of Finnish and English, both spoken and written
  • Experience with CRM and other marketing automation tools (eg, HubSpot or Salesforce)
  • Analytical strength
  • Proven success driving Pipeline growth in B2B
  • A curiosity for AI

It is also a plus if you have experience with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, Ungapped, and Canva.
