Then come and join our global team as Marketing Manager (f/m/d) to adapt and execute the global Marketing Strategy for Specialty Laboratory Solutions (Hemostasis/Hematology) - Central Eastern Europe (CEE).


Choose the best place for your work –
Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Brno, Czech Republic

Istanbul, Tuerkiye

Uden, Netherlands

Vienna, Austria

Warsaw, Poland

Zurich, Switzerland


Your tasks and responsibilities:


  • You adapt and implement the global Specialty Laboratory Solutions (SLS) marketing strategy to meet the specific needs of the CEE region, with a focus on Hemostasis and Hematology. This includes close cross-functional collaboration with the CEE marketing team.
  • You develop and execute the annual marketing plan for Specialty Laboratory Solutions in CEE countries, covering strategic focus areas such as go-to-market approaches, pricing, communication (including events), product launches, and commercial KPIs.
  • You define and implement compelling portfolio value propositions tailored to the CEE markets, driving regional alignment and adoption.
  • You ensure market transparency through comprehensive market mapping, CRM optimization, and support in assessing market sizes and shares.
  • You prepare marketing materials adapted to specific product lines or customer segments and support local teams (e.g., business leads, marketing, sales, and product experts) in their daily operations.
  • You act as the main point of contact for Global Marketing, coordinating country-specific input, business case support, and product line development efforts across the CEE region.

Your qualifications and experience:


  • You hold a university degree in a scientific discipline.
  • You have proven experience in managing a product line within the diagnostics field.
  • You possess solid practical experience in the clinical diagnostics market, along with strong expertise in customer communication and marketing.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of the IVD market and bring advanced technical and/or scientific expertise in the relevant product lines.
  • Alternatively, you have completed formal marketing training (e.g. a certificate or diploma) or have equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • You have experience in leading teams or projects without formal authority and enjoy working collaboratively in a team environment.


Your attributes and skills:


  • You have fluent English language skills, any additional languages spoken in CEE are a plus
  • You have excellent presentation skills across various levels and functions
  • You have experience of managing and leading without authority
  • You are open to global travel up to 30%.
