Overview

Our client, a publicly listed Chinese corporation, is a leading OEM/ODM manufacturer of telecommunications equipment and application products, ranking the top 2 in the industry. As part of their strategic international expansion, they are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for telecom product lines, including PON series, AP series, and 4G/5G equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing within the telecommunications industry.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for OEM/ODM telecom products
  • Create compelling value propositions and marketing materials for different market segments
  • Manage product launches and marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities
  • Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement tools
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry partners and stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to product development teams

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in telecommunications or related technical industry
  • Strong understanding of telecom products and technologies (PON, 4G/5G, networking)
  • Proven track record in B2B marketing and product launches
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and analytics
  • Professional fluency in English required; Chinese language proficiency highly advantageous
