About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to help us scale how marketing actually gets done.

This is not a purely creative role.
This is not a strategy-only role.

This is the person who takes ideas and turns them into executed, measurable campaigns across 50+ e-commerce and retail stores and growing.

You’ll work directly with our VP of Marketing to build the systems, structure, and execution engine behind everything we do.

If you love organizing chaos, building plans, and making things happen this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

1. Build and Run Campaigns

  • Take campaign ideas (email, e-commerce, retail, product drops) and turn them into clear execution plans
  • Build timelines, assign deliverables, and ensure everything launches on time
  • Coordinate across design, photography, video, social, and store teams

2. Own Marketing Execution Across Stores

  • Help prioritize and manage marketing across 50+ Shopify stores and socials
  • Ensure each store has the right assets, collections, and campaigns live
  • Balance speed with quality across multiple accounts

3. Manage Tools + Systems (HubSpot, Shopify, Monday)

  • Build and manage email campaigns and workflows in HubSpot
  • Coordinate Shopify updates (collections, homepage, product launches)
  • Use Monday.com (or similar) to track projects and keep the team aligned

4. Drive Accountability + Follow-Through

  • Keep projects moving—nothing stalls on your watch
  • Identify blockers early and solve them
  • Communicate clearly on status, timelines, and next steps

5. Track Performance + Improve

  • Measure campaign performance (email, e-commerce, product launches)
  • Report on what worked and what didn’t
  • Help refine and improve future campaigns

What You’re Great At

  • Turning ideas into clear plans and timelines
  • Prioritizing what matters (and what doesn’t)
  • Following through and making sure things get done
  • Communicating clearly and directly
  • Working across teams and keeping people aligned
  • Learning new systems and tools quickly

Experience We’re Looking For

  • Experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or project management
  • Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Shopify, Monday.com, or similar platforms
  • Experience working across multiple projects or accounts at once
  • Comfort working with performance metrics (email, e-commerce, campaigns)

What You Don’t Need to Be

  • You don’t need to be a designer
  • You don’t need to be a photographer
  • You don’t need to be the creative visionary

But you do need to know how to support and execute creative work at a high level

What Success Looks Like

In your first 60–90 days:

  • Campaigns are launching on time and with clarity
  • The team knows what they’re working on and when
  • Projects are organized, tracked, and completed
  • We have better visibility into performance and next steps

What You Bring

  • 5–8+ years of experience in marketing, with leadership responsibilities
  • Experience managing multi-channel campaigns (email, e-commerce, social, content)
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred)
  • Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
  • Proven ability to lead and manage creative teams
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Experience in retail, apparel, or brand-driven environments is a plus

Key Competencies

  • Strategic thinking with strong execution skills
  • High level of ownership and accountability
  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity
  • Strong leadership and team development mindset
  • Results-driven with a focus on performance
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative and solutions-oriented
