iLOQ runs a fast-paced global digital marketing operation, building B2B campaigns that create demand, strengthen brand awareness and support measurable business growth. As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a highly capable Marketing Operations Manager to help run the engine behind Marketing — connecting our marketing technology, campaign processes, data and insight into one effective operating model for both global and local teams. The role is located in Espoo, Finland with possibility for hybrid work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be a commercial enabler first and a systems owner second. You will own, maintain and develop the marketing technology stack and our wider MarTech ecosystem, ensuring that the data, processes and tools work together to turn marketing activity into high-quality leads, pipeline insight and stronger revenue contribution.
You will work closely with global marketing colleagues, local marketing teams, sales development, product and other internal stakeholders to improve how campaigns are planned, executed, measured and optimized. A key part of the role is to build demand generation funnels that track leads from campaign engagement through to sales closure, surface the insight that shows where marketing is working and where performance can improve, and translate that data into practical actions the business can use.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can combine technical expertise with a clear point of view on process improvement. You will help define how we measure funnel performance, campaign impact and marketing ROI, while also introducing AI-enabled workflows that improve lead quality, increase efficiency and create scalable ways of working. AI implementation experience within marketing processes is therefore vital.
You will also act as the global project lead for SEO and search performance, helping ensure that iLOQ is found first time, every time — across traditional search, CMS content and emerging LLM search behavior.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and manage the marketing part of our technology stack, including WordPress, Clay, Microsoft Dynamics Customer Insight, Leedfeeder and supporting media bank platforms and connections to our partner portal.
Build and measure lead nurture workflows, and outbound success.
Ensure quality data between marketing and sales systems through managed lead processes.
Support the delivery of global campaigns by using customer segmentation, tagging, and AI automation workflows. You will be active in introducing Clay as an AI lead improvement tool in the workflow from an outbound campaign perspective.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel progression, and marketing ROI
Experience in driving SEO improvement in LLM Search and CMS content.
Collaborate closely with digital marketing colleagues, sales development and product, to align marketing automation and CRM systems to business needs.

Being responsible of lead generation using AI tools
The implementation, development and measurement of lead processes
Ensuring more YOY lead amounts while maintaining good quality
What you'll bring
Suitable degree (Bachelor or Master) from relevant field.
Experience in a marketing operations or marketing automation role, preferably in a global B2B business.
Hands-on delivery and user development experience in marketing processes.
Proven experience with CMS, CRM, AI tools and campaign workflows
Proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and campaign tracking best practices.
Excellent project management and communication skills.
Fluent in English: Candidates must have excellent written and spoken English skills. Other Central European and Nordic languages are a plus.
