Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Marketing Executive to plan and execute marketing strategies that generate leads, build brand visibility, and support sales for our construction and interior projects. The ideal candidate understands local markets, digital platforms, and on-ground promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
• Manage social media pages, content calendars, and engagement.
• Coordinate with designers/video editors for creatives, reels, and ads.
• Track performance, analyze leads, and optimize campaigns.

Lead Generation & Sales Support

• Generate and qualify leads through online and offline channels.
• Coordinate reatlors for follow-ups and site visit campaigns.
• Maintain lead data, reports, and conversion metrics.

Branding & Promotions

• Plan branding activities for projects (brochures, hoardings, banners, signage).
• Organize site events, launches, exhibitions, and property shows.
• Liaise with media agencies, printers, and vendors.

Market Research

• Study local real estate trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Suggest new marketing ideas and promotional strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in marketing (real estate experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and MS Excel.
• Creative thinking with a sales-focused mindset.

Preferred Qualities

• Experience in real estate marketing or lead generation.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Local market knowledge is an advantage.
