SM&B is a small and growing company specialized in online executive education. We promote and manage admissions for international MBA and DBA programs offered in partnership with different European universities. Our candidates are mainly professionals, managers, executives and entrepreneurs from French-speaking and English-speaking countries around the world.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Process Auditor / Marketing Audit Consultant to audit, structure, improve and monitor our full marketing process.
Mission of the Role
The consultant will review our current marketing process, identify gaps, analyze campaign performance, improve lead generation quality, define clear KPIs, and help management track and control marketing performance more effectively.
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in marketing audit, digital marketing, performance marketing, lead generation and marketing operations, preferably in executive education, online education, higher education, training programs, or international student recruitment. Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM-based marketing funnels and remote teams is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit the marketing process from campaign setup to qualified leads, appointments, applications and enrollments.
- Review Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, landing pages, forms, CRM tracking and sales handover.
- Analyze lead quality, cost per lead, conversion rates, lead source, country, language, program interest and ROI.
- Identify gaps in tracking, campaign structure, targeting, messaging and follow-up workflows.
- Define clear marketing KPIs and help create simple dashboards for management.
- Recommend practical improvements to increase qualified leads and reduce cost per qualified lead.
Required Profile
- Experience in marketing audit, performance marketing, digital marketing or marketing operations.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, landing pages, CRM funnels and lead tracking.
- Ability to analyze data, identify problems and give clear, practical recommendations.
- Experience with education, executive education, online programs or international student recruitment is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with a small, international and growing team.
- Fluent in French and English.
Preferred Experience
- LinkedIn Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTMs and conversion tracking.
- Dashboard/reporting tools.
- Experience improving marketing-sales coordination and lead follow-up.
Expected Deliverables
- Marketing audit report.
- KPI and dashboard structure.
- Funnel analysis from campaign to enrollment.
- Practical 30/60/90-day action plan.
Pay: ₹1,500.00 - ₹3,000.00 per day
Experience:
- Google Ads: 5 years (Preferred)
- Meta Ads: 3 years (Preferred)
- CRM funnels and lead tracking: 5 years (Required)
Language:
- English (Preferred)
- French (Required)
