We're currently seeking a Marketing Specialist with a flair for communicating complex, technical information in compelling ways. This role is part of our Overhead Medium Voltage Systems business—where engineering meets innovation to power the future.

We understand that flexibility is key. That’s why we’re open to either full-time or a 4-day workweek arrangement, with 2-3 days per week required on-site at our Yatala office.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing and executing marketing plans that support our business goals
Creating high-impact content for marketing assets such as brochures, presentations, case studies, and sales materials
Working closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure marketing plans are in line with the broader marketing strategy
Collaborating closely with business development, engineering, and product management to ensure messaging hits the mark
Liaising with headquarters (Germany) and supporting key regions to ensure brand consistency and maximise exposure
Translating complex technical details into clear, engaging content for different audiences
Conducting market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors
Overseeing multiple projects, with responsibilities that include defining, monitoring, and reporting on performance metrics to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.

What you’ll bring:

A degree in marketing or a related field
3–5 years’ experience in B2B marketing or communications, ideally within a technical or industrial setting
A proactive, hands-on approach and excellent organisational skills
Strong writing and editing abilities, with a talent for simplifying technical information
Fluent English and excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
A genuine interest in innovative technologies and how they shape industry
Confidence working across time zones and international teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong collaboration skills
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines effectively
Proven ability to collaborate effectively across various business functions to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
