• Job Summary:

We are a premium coffee company specializing in high-end coffee beans and boutique café experiences. The company is currently expanding its long-term international marketing strategy, with a focus on developing brand awareness and market presence in Asian markets, including China.

We are seeking a Marketing Project Manager to lead and coordinate marketing initiatives supporting this strategic expansion. The role requires managing multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting brand positioning in international markets.

• Key Responsibilities:

Ø Develop and execute marketing project plans aligned with international expansion strategy, particularly in Asian markets

Ø Lead coordination of marketing campaigns targeting overseas consumer segments (digital, social media, branding, and promotional initiatives)

Ø Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple marketing initiatives

Ø Work closely with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency and execution quality

Ø Conduct market research focused on consumer trends in China and broader Asian markets

Ø Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations for optimization

Ø Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership on international marketing initiatives

Ø Support development of localized marketing content and brand positioning strategies

Ø Ensure alignment between global brand identity and regional market execution

Ø Identify risks and opportunities in international marketing campaigns

• Employment Requirements:

Ø Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, project management, or brand marketing

Ø Experience in international marketing or cross-border campaigns is strongly preferred

Ø Experience in food & beverage, retail, or lifestyle brands is an asset

Ø Strong project management and organizational skills

Ø Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns

Ø Strong understanding of digital marketing and brand strategy

Ø Ability to analyze market data and consumer behavior

Ø Excellent communication and cross-cultural collaboration skills

Ø Experience working with external agencies or vendors

Ø Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Ø Willing to travel internationally

Language:

Ø English required (spoken and written)

Ø Mandarin is an asset (not mandatory)
