We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to lead marketing activity across our pillar brands. This role is responsible for building brand visibility, strengthening digital performance, and driving audience engagement to support business growth.
You’ll bring consistency across a multi‑brand portfolio, deliver integrated campaigns with measurable impact, and work closely with teams across the business to create cohesive, practical outcomes.
This role suits someone who is highly organised, proactive and creative, with strong communication skills and the ability to manage priorities across multiple brands. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy, contributing strategic insight while remaining hands‑on in execution.
About the role:
Digital & Campaign Delivery
- Lead the delivery of the digital marketing strategy across website, SEO, SEM, brand activity, acquisition and social media.
- Plan and manage integrated marketing and communication campaigns that elevate brand visibility and support business objectives.
- Build and execute multichannel digital campaigns optimised for reach, engagement and lead generation.
- Monitor budgets and KPIs, adjusting activity to ensure performance targets are met.
- Lead content planning and creation, ensuring messaging reflects customer needs, brand positioning and segmented audiences.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns with a focus on relevance, clarity and measurable engagement.
- Manage social media channels to build community, strengthen brand storytelling and support lead generation.
- Manage and update website content to improve usability, SEO performance and brand consistency.
- Oversee Google and product review management, maintaining a positive online reputation and customer trust.
- Track, analyse and report on marketing performance, providing clear insights and recommendations.
- Act as a brand steward across pillar brands, maintaining consistent tone, messaging and visual identity.
- Support the development and rollout of brand strategies that strengthen market position.
- Lead stakeholder engagement across multiple brands, balancing competing priorities.
- Work closely with operational, sales and executive teams to ensure marketing aligns with broader business goals.
- Provide flexible, day‑to‑day marketing, communications and event support as required.
- Balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
- Managing multiple brands, competing priorities and tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Coordinating workload across brands while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Navigating stakeholder expectations and shifting priorities.
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Proven content creation and copywriting experience, ideally within service‑based industries.
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating with diverse teams.
- Energised by growth, change and a busy, fast‑moving environment.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience using email marketing platforms (e.g. Campaign Monitor).
- Experience managing websites and CMS platforms (e.g. WordPress).
- Confident using design tools such as Canva.
- Excellent time‑management and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proactive problem‑solver with a positive, adaptable mindset.
