We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team as a sole contributor. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

· Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

· Identify market trends and opportunities to support growth initiatives.

Campaign Management

· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns to promote products and services.

· Build and drive the development of the business unit sales and marketing

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed.

Content Creation

· Create compelling content for digital and print channels including website, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and presentations.

· Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

· Support functional teams to develop internal and external communications

Analytics & Reporting

· Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, CRM systems, and social media insights.

· Provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.

Brand Development

· Maintain and enhance the company’s brand identity.

· Executing marketing collateral development including surveys, reports, guides and corporate material, working with external suppliers on design and production.

· Support the development of marketing materials for trade shows, conferences, and client meetings.

· Grow internal communications, by introducing new inspiring and engaging communications channels and content

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within B2B or industrial sectors.

· Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

· Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
