Overview:
Cool Clubs is the world leader in custom club fitting and golf performance technology. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to support creative and marketing operations — helping streamline project delivery, maintain momentum during travel or high-level initiatives, and ensure consistent, high-quality storytelling across all channels.
Responsibilities Include:
- Coordinate daily marketing and creative tasks, ensuring campaigns, launches, and content projects stay on schedule using timelines, checklists, and project tools
- Support video and photo production by filming, editing, organizing assets, and preparing content for launches, social, email, and web use
- Draft, edit, and proof marketing copy for campaigns, product launches, emails, and social posts with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
- Proactively identify gaps or delays in campaigns and independently take action to resolve issues without needing step-by-step direction
- Assist with launch monitor data interpretation and storytelling, helping translate performance insights into compelling marketing content
- Appear on camera when needed for product launches, educational content, fittings, or behind-the-scenes marketing initiatives
- Track and analyze creative and campaign performance (engagement, conversions, content effectiveness) and share insights to guide future content decisions
- Maintain organized libraries of creative assets, content calendars, and campaign documentation for easy access and reuse
- Support brand consistency and evolution by ensuring visuals, messaging, and tone align with Cool Clubs’ global positioning and mission
- Maintain a running view of active priorities so they can remind you what’s slipping, what’s blocked, and what needs a decision
- Act as a second set of eyes on launch readiness: assets complete, data verified, links tested, messaging aligned
Qualifications Desired:
- 3+ years of professional marketing experience is preferred (less experience may also be considered)
- Experience with social media marketing is required (someone who has grown a business’s social media or marketing presence is preferred)
- Golf background/knowledge or strong interest in golf is required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field is preferred but not required
- Basic video/photo production skills are preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and proactive initiative to execute tasks without step-by-step guidance (someone who loves structure, timelines, and checklists)
- Comfortable being on camera as part of film shoots, promotional videos, etc.

- Campaigns launch on time with consistent creative quality
- New launch assets produced monthly
- Regular analysis of creative performance to guide future content
- Smooth, efficient communication and workflow across teams
- Continued visual and strategic evolution of the Cool Clubs brand globally
