As the Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving marketing initiatives across Germany and other Central and Eastern European markets, with the support from the EU marketing team. The job holder must be able to develop and create content marketing strategies that align with the brand objectives and target audience with support from the EU marketing team. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and technical, to support integrated marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Execution

• Execute the regional marketing plans to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement in conjunction with the overall marketing strategy.
• Adapt global marketing campaigns to align with local market preferences and regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical, project management and marketing) to ensure messaging consistency.

Digital Marketing & Content

• Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across websites, social media, email, and PPC in conjunction with the central marketing team.
• Adding and updating product pages and optimising website content for SEO, as well as managing localised landing pages.
• Create and localise marketing materials and content creation, including blog posts, case studies, video and product brochures.

Event & Partner Marketing

• Plan and coordinate trade shows, industry events, and customer workshops in Nordic countries.
• Support distributors and installers with co-branded marketing initiatives and promotional materials.

Market Research & Performance Analysis

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Track and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics as needed for better ROI.
• Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with SALUS brand’s objectives and target audience, with support from the EU marketing team.
• Creating compelling ang engaging content, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, email campaigns and website content.
• Manage or contribute to local or international marketing projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget and deadlines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and technical, to support integrated marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Assist in organizing events, trade shows, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Select, brief, monitor, and evaluate local marketing-related suppliers, including but not limited to printing, production, events, subject to local projects and needs.

Qualifications/Skills Requirement:

Experience

3+ years of experience in B2B or B2C marketing, preferably in HVAC, smart home, or industrial sectors.

Knowledge and Skills

• Strong understanding of the Nordic and German markets, cultural nuances, and customer behaviours.
• Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, email automation).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in German language.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing in across Europe would be advantage.
• Strong communication skills to build and maintain working relationships
