Marketing Student Assistant job opportunity

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Student Assistant to support our marketing activities in our office in Copenhagen.

About the role

In this role, you will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to strengthen brand visibility, support campaigns, and help execute local marketing initiatives. You will gain hands-on experience in B2B marketing within a fast-growing SaaS company and contribute directly to activities that drive partner engagement and market growth.

This is a part-time student position.

You will:

Support the Senior Marketing Manager for the Nordics, and occasionally the EMEA Marketing Team.

Support the creation of marketing assets.

Prepare and coordinating campaign packages for partners and internal stakeholders.

Manage and coordinating promotional materials and SWAG.

Support the organisation and execution of events (both virtual and on-site).

Update and maintaining marketing materials and partner-facing content.

Provide assistance with back-office and organisational work.

About you

You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.

You are structured, creative, and comfortable working in an international environment.

We imagine you:

Speak and write fluent English. Nordic languages is an advantage.

Have a strong interest in B2B marketing and the SaaS industry.
Are proactive, responsible and you are able to work independently.

Are detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Have good communication and coordination skills.

Are proactive and enjoy taking ownership of smaller projects.

Are comfortable working with digital tools and have experience with CMS, email tools or design tools.

Are based in Copenhagen.

Previous experience in marketing, student jobs, or internships is an advantage – but not required.
