You will lead the delivery of seamless, engaging customer experiences across all digital and marketing technology platforms at Farmlands.
Responsibilities include:
Drive digital transformation with agility, ensuring alignment with marketing strategy, trading priorities and customer integration goals to maximize the impact of MarTech solutions.
Oversee the execution and continuous optimisation of our platforms.
Ensure consistent brand alignment.
Lead a team of digital design and delivery specialists.

Proven experience with marketing automation technologies such as Adobe Campaign.
Experience in the build, integration and optimisation of digital marketing tools, specifically customer journeys and campaigns.
Extensive commercial experience in digital marketing within client or agency side.
Track record of increasing conversion, content engagement and audience reach.
Inspiring, consultative leader who is regularly visible and engages with others to develop solutions.
