Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Masonry Foreman to join our growing construction team. This direct-hire opportunity offers consistent work, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package. Primary Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of up to 20 brick masons on commercial masonry projects.
• Plan and assign daily work tasks to maximize productivity.
• Enforce safety standards and maintain quality control on-site.
• Coordinate tools, materials, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and daily activity documentation.
• Utilize iPads and construction software to track project progress and report updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Masonry Foreman or Brick Mason Foreman.
• Strong knowledge of commercial masonry practices, tools, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large crew.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
• Comfortable using digital tools and mobile devices (iPad experience preferred).
• Effective communication skills via phone, email, and text.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $33.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
