We’re seeking a dedicated Therapist cum Spa Manager who will bring both leadership skills and a healing touch to our team.
What You'll Be Doing
- Ayurvedic Therapy & Client Care:
- Perform a variety of traditional Ayurvedic treatments, including Abhyanga, Shirodhara, Katibasti, Udwartanam, and Panchakarma, guided by the principles and expertise passed down from Dr. Ajit.
- Conduct personalized client consultations, tailoring treatments to individual needs and ensuring the highest level of care and service.
- Maintain meticulous client records using Zenoti CRM, tracking treatment outcomes and ensuring thorough follow-ups.
- Customer Service & Reception Duties:
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the reception, greeting clients warmly, managing bookings, and handling inquiries with professionalism.
- Provide excellent written and oral communication when interacting with clients, vendors, and team members, fostering a welcoming and trustworthy atmosphere.
- Manage the day-to-day reception duties, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing product information.
- Management & Operational Leadership:
- Lead and motivate a team of therapists, setting high standards for client service, professionalism, and spa presentation.
- Oversee spa operations, ensuring smooth daily functions, from scheduling and inventory to cleanliness and customer satisfaction.
- Implement cost control measures and manage budget effectively, maintaining profitability while upholding the quality of service.
- Support marketing initiatives, assisting with promotional activities, and helping to expand Ayurda’s visibility in the wellness community.
- Organizational Excellence:
- Keep spa areas, including treatment rooms and reception, impeccably clean and organized, setting an example for the team.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding client information and internal business matters, ensuring trust and reliability.
- Use Zenoti CRM to manage client data, generate reports, track performance, and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Experience delivering Ayurvedic treatments with a thorough understanding of traditional practices and holistic health philosophies, inspired by the teachings of Dr. Ajit.
- Strong background in customer service, with a track record of managing client interactions, reception duties, and administrative tasks.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and organize a team while maintaining a positive and nurturing environment.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zenoti experience preferred) to manage bookings, client records, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse clientele and staff.
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all client and business interactions.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Beauty Therapy, Massage, or Ayurvedic treatments.
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in Ayurvedic therapies and spa management or supervisory roles.
- Experience in managing wellness center operations, cost control, and staff performance.
- Knowledge of Ayurvedic products, treatments, and a desire to continuously learn and grow.

Pay: $27.00 – $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
