The Matchmaking Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur. This role involves engaging with potential clients, explaining Knotify’s matchmaking services, and converting leads into long-term customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations, understanding client preferences, managing follow-ups, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or other tracking tools. The specialist will collaborate with the matchmaking and customer support teams to align client expectations with available services, and may assist in organizing events or promotional activities. The role also includes providing feedback to improve sales scripts, participating in training sessions, and contributing to overall sales targets and client satisfaction.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
