In this role, you are responsible to
- Acknowledgement and Confirming the Incoming Materials (Indirect and Direct)
- Administration of 3rd party personnel
- Storage of Material in designated areas along with GRN's
- Ensure BIN cards
- Issue of material to production lines
- Period Inventory Count of the Raw materials
- Maintain and ensure training records for stores personnel
- Coordinate issue of L-items with respective buyer
- Ensure Workplace conformance with Safety and Health regulations.
- Preparation of E-way bills and co-ordinate with transporter for vehicles
- Transportation Invoices to be cleared
Qualification and Skills:
Bachelors in Commerce or graduation in any related field
- SAP Knowledge preferred
- Basic Excel Knowledge mandatory
- Knowledge of Customs related process
- Experience of 4-5 years with Stores associated activities
