Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track materials for production/ transfer and sales orders
• Receive, verify, and organize incoming materials and components
• Manage stock in and out accurately and timely
• Perform and manage cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records
• Investigate and report inventory discrepancies and material shortages
• Issue materials to the production floor and support warehouse operation
• Maintain accurate inventory data in the ERP/SBT system
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Warehouse, finance teams and vendors to align supply planning with business needs
• Support continuous improvement of material handling and inventory processes
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with process requirements.
• Others following supervisor’s instruction

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
• Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow and information flow
• Experience performing cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
• Comfortable working with ERP/MRP systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Excel, Access, Data analysis, and system troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of BOMs, part numbers, and production jobs
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Forklift experience (or willingness to be trained) is an asset

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
