Maternity Admin Clerk

Permanent Part Time Position FTE 0.5 (20 hours per week)

We are seeking a warm and friendly Maternity Reception Clerk to support our Maternity Service in Takapuna, North Shore.

This role involves shared administration responsibilities, such as:

• Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
• Ensuring the information on our patient IT systems are accurate and up to date
• On-boarding booking registrations
• Facilitating outpatient clinics
• Managing ordering and stores

• Previous Reception/Clerical experience in the health industry along with knowledge of hospital information systems (iPMs) will be an advantage
