Maternity Reception Clerk

Permanent Part Time Position FTE 0.5 (20 hours per week)

North Shore Hospital

We are seeking a warm and friendly Maternity Reception Clerk to support our Maternity Service in Takapuna, North Shore.

This role involves shared administration responsibilities, such as:

Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
Ensuring the information on our patient IT systems are accurate and up to date
On-boarding booking registrations
Facilitating outpatient clinics
Managing ordering and stores

Strong administration and communication skills
Eye for detail
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Flexibility with a ‘can do’ attitude
Great interpersonal skills with a strong command of the English language
Previous Reception/Clerical experience in the health industry along with knowledge of hospital information systems (iPMs) will be an advantage
