Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to support students in achieving their academic goals. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, strong communication skills, and experience working with children. The Tutor will play a vital role in fostering a positive learning environment and helping students build confidence in their abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one or group math tutoring sessions to students across different age ranges and skill levels
• Assist students with homework, test preparation, and understanding core concepts in math
• Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with parents or guardians
• Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that motivates students to succeed

Requirements

• Experience working with children in educational or tutoring settings
• Strong knowledge of math, computer science, or related subjects; classroom experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students of diverse backgrounds
• Commitment to creating a positive, inclusive learning environment that encourages student growth

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
