The Cam Clark Auto Group is seeking a results-oriented Mazda Brand Ambassador for our Kamloops Mazda, in British Columbia location.

In the position of Mazda Brand Ambassador, reporting to the Sales Managers, you will be responsible for selling some of the most talked about vehicles and providing superior customer service.

You will be accountable for:
· Foster positive relationships with customers and colleagues to ensure a harmonious work environment.
· Strive for complete customer satisfaction through exceptional service interactions across the department.
· Provide detailed information to customers regarding available vehicles for purchase.
· Successfully close sales transactions while suggesting additional products or services.
· Complete sales while offering additional products and/or services.
· Conduct test drives of vehicles for sale.
· Address and resolve any objections or concerns raised by potential customers.
· Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare offers to purchase.
· Build and foster a network of referrals to create new opportunities for revenue growth.
· Always maintain professionalism, tact, diplomacy, and sensitivity to portray the company in a positive manner.
· Use customer relation management software tools to maximize sales efficiency and effectiveness.
· Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, expense reimbursement forms, billing invoices, and other documentation.
· Build and maintain ongoing awareness of new products and services, competitor activities, and research.
· Ability to compare competitive automobile models.
· Other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- With at least 1 year of automotive sales experience or related field is an asset.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract and MVSA License.
- Understand the importance of CSI / CVP
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and goals.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Customer centric having the ability to maintain rapport with previous and new customers,
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, can collaboratively work in a team and can independently working alone.
- Keen ability to sense business opportunities.
Pay Range Offered:
- $36,192 up to more than $ 100,000 per year

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kamloops, BC V2C 4A9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
- automotive sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- VSA (preferred)
- BC Drivers License (preferred)
