Join Kronospan, a fast-growing international industrial company with over 40 wood-based panel manufacturing sites worldwide, as our MDF production line Manager (F/M).

About the position
We are recruiting our future MDF Manager, responsible for the entire production line.

Your main responsibilities are the supervision of the following:

• Ensure safety compliance (personal, machine, environmental).
• Handle machinery and production lines properly and safely.
• Monitor energy usage (gas turbine, dryer) and cleanliness.
• Manage production machines and draft M.O.S. procedures.
• Lead Team Leaders: scheduling, evaluations, and training.
• Share best practices per company policy.
• Communicate with Finishing line and coordinate production planning.
• Meet production targets with maintenance support.
• Hold daily meetings on output, issues, and improvements.
• Plan shutdowns and cleaning with maintenance.
• Oversee raw material use and availability.
• Ensure recycling and spec compliance.
• Monitor production quality/quantity and liaise with lab/technologist.

• Have a previous experience in a similar position (Production line management),
• Be specialized or at least interested by Timber industry,
• Have a high diploma in a technical area (Engineering, Wood,..)
• Be fluent in English and French,
• Have an excellent ability to synchronize tasks,
• Have a perfect work organization.
