Fiesta Meats LLC is a USDA-inspected meat processing facility specializing in beef, pork, lamb, and wild game. We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Meat Cutter / Butcher / Packing Associate to join our team.

This position involves meat processing, cutting, trimming, packaging, and maintaining USDA food safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Cut, trim, and portion meat products (beef, pork, lamb, and wild game)
• Package and label products accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with USDA regulations
• Operate meat processing equipment safely
• Assist with inventory and product handling
• Follow all food safety and workplace safety protocols

Qualifications

• Meat cutting or butcher experience preferred (not required)
• Willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
• Reliable and team-oriented

Pay: $14.50 - $16.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
