We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our growing team in Perth. In this role, you will contribute to a range of underground and surface mining projects, including mineral processing, materials handling and associated mining infrastructure.

In this role, you will be responsible for and have the following qualifications and/or skills:

• Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering, with experience in mining, minerals processing and/or heavy industrial environments.
• Deliver mechanical engineering designs, ensuring compliance with project specifications, engineering standards, safety requirements and Quality Assurance processes.
• Technical experience across materials handling, bulk solids, process plant equipment, piping systems and mechanical design, including crushers, mills, pumps, conveyors and associated plant infrastructure.
• Develop and review engineering calculations, specifications, reports, drawings and other technical deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers and other stakeholders to develop practical engineering solutions, resolve technical challenges and support successful project delivery.
• Attend site inspections to verify design implementation, address site-based issues and ensure alignment with project requirements.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders across technical, project and management teams.
