Job Opportunity: Building Services Engineer/Estimator

Location: Head Office, Cork

Role Overview: The Building Services Engineer will oversee projects from the quotation stage through to completion. This includes tasks such as heat loss calculations, quotations, CAD design, and commissioning. The role involves close collaboration with builders, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct heat loss calculations
• Prepare quotations
• Create CAD designs
• Commission heating solutions
• Engage with various stakeholders including builders, mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, architects, and homeowners

Qualifications:

• Experience in the construction sector
• Proficiency in 2D CAD design
• Knowledge of plumbing & heating technologies, standards, and work practices
• Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage

• Sales experience in the construction/heating & plumbing industry
